Fast shipping, product was advertised for 2008-2010 Land Cruiser but arrived with different connections. Seller told me I ordered the wrong product although the ad clearly stated this was the right one. Finally, swapped the circuit boards from my old unit to get it to work with the limited time I had but couldn’t get any concession from the seller besides 5% discount on my next order. There will not be a next order.

They told me they would only refund me if I removed my review, and even then, they did not refund the full amount, despite the mistake being theirs. The listing clearly stated LCD + digitizer, but they only shipped the digitizer. After I contacted them, they updated the listing and tried to claim it never included the LCD. I verified through the Wayback Machine that the original listing said “LCD/Digitizer.” Very disappointing and dishonest experience.

They are not able recognise and discard BAD mainboards RNS510 after reflow or they not tested it at end of repair line at all, who know. They sell this mixture, but not accept complaint of functionality! Ali will not support You, it is shame. Opuradio store on Ali have "no feedback" -why and how it is possible? Ali is accomplice? Dont know, but know that they arent good boys and it was wery bad idea buy mainboard there. Lost 140usd. Peter
The VP4R was built into my Jeep Grand Cherokee 2015 (WK2). The radio worked and all functions (seat heating, reversing camera) worked but restarts every 30 to 60 seconds. It was very annoying. Seller hadn't replied to any messages so I had to open a case at Paypal to get my money back. After opening the case at Paypal, the seller emailed me to replace a PCB on his radio that I didn't have. I had to send the radio back for € 70 shipping and I also had to pay € 59 customs that I don't get refunded. Replacing the pc-board was not a solution. When I buy a radio, I want a working radio that I don't need to repair. I bought another device from carperformance.se. It worked well. Nach dem Öffnen des Paypal Falles schickte mir der Verkäufer eine Mail, um eine Leiterplatte in seinem Radio zu ersetzen, die ich nicht hatte. Ich musste die Ware für 70€ Versand zurücksenden und habe auch noch 59€ Zoll zahlen müssen die ich nicht zurückerstattet bekomme. Das Ersetzen der Leiterplatte war keine Lösung. Wenn ich ein Radio kaufe, möchte ich ein funktionierendes Radio, das ich nicht reparieren muss. Ich habe ein anderes Gerät bei carperformance.se gekauft. Es hat gut funktioniert. Die Installation dauerte ca. 10 Minuten.
Hello, i was so dispoint to get this feedback from this buyer, i send the correct part exactly same as what he ordered,but his is not professional for this job by himself, i had told him need to do the program,but he don't know how to do ,so i teach him another easy way that is change the pc board,but he don't have the board, i try to help him fit the problem but he can't do anything,this is nog my fault,we are professional for this ,when he return back the parcel ,i paid $78 custom fee and i also pay $82 for the shipping fee, who makes this fault? exactly is the buyer. and how he can give me 1 star feedback by his not professional please ?
