Thank you for sharing your thoughtful feedback, Michael. Pond5 did not make decisions to change pricing structures and Royalties lightly. However, we had to consider the significant changes to the market. Pond5 aims to compensate our contributors fairly for the time and talent invested in producing their work, and we have given careful consideration to our contributors and to the marketplace's sustained growth. Advance notice regarding changes to both our royalty rates and our pricing structure was provided via email, and changes to our contributor portal were announced as well. We understand these changes did not meet your expectations, and we are sorry to see you go.
