DELAYED REFUND OF DEPOSIT

Hello, my name is Mohamed. i admited my daughter in august this year. i paid deposit of OVER ONE THOUSAND by mpesa and she was discharged the following day. i had to give my account details for refund and today is 5 days passed nothing refunded so far. MY QUESTION IS I PAID YOU INSTANTLY BY MPESA WHY NOT REFUND INSTANTLY BY MPESA!??????????????? WHAT IF I DID NOT HAVE ANY OTHER SOURCE OF INCOME I WILL STAY HUNGRY FOR 5 DAYS. WHAT IS THIS? TO ADMIN ANY OF MY FAMILY IN THAT HOPSITAL IS MY LAST PRIORITY.

Extreme price difference compared to other private hospitals in Mombasa. Yesterday, my gf was going through a number of tests at Premier, amounting to around 22,000 ksh. Surprised by the cost, we checked for exactly the same tests at another international private hospital in Mombasa, (with higher ratings), and the cost for the same tests turns out to be less than 5,000 ksh. In other words, Premier is overcharging its clients by more than 400 pct
