Horrible service!
I made a purchase at 5am and they made me wait online for over 15 hours. Literally the worst service I ever had. Don't waste your money cause they don't care about your time.

Good service
Good service. Swift delivery. Easy to contact customer service and use the website. Would purchase again. :)
Very capable!
These guys are great when it comes to always delivering. I would mark 4 stars but a couple times I have ordered within the past, they have been kind of slow. They are very accountable, great people, and safe! Just needs to work on the timing.

They nice and I appreciate them but the order was said to take 6 to12 hours which was excessive to wait so I canceled
The staff were very fast to respond to…
The staff were very fast to respond to any concerns and I got what I wanted safely. The negatives were that the delivery ETA wasn’t accurate. The actual delivery took longer. Probably because there are a lot of people in line, but have in mind that you will probably need to wait a little longer than estimated. Another small grape is that during the delivery, I got a little confused and asked questions but I didn’t get a response. Maybe they were busy with other people. Overall, the service is good, but you can feel it being overwhelmed by a lot of people.
Bought gold
Bought gold . Got banned for 2 weeks . Took all gold , tried too get reimbursed. Said they couldn’t . ( probably a tactic , buy gold then report you so you have to buy more lol) .
The customer service was great
The customer service was great. Would have easily been 5* but it took almost 8 hours to receive my purchase. Still would recommend.

Great service
I did purchase items from this website…
I did purchase items from this website and it didn't go that bad. The items they sell are very high compared to others but that's not too bad. What upset me was they are reaching out and attempting to bribe reviews to make themselves look better. Truth is, Yes you'll get your items for a lot more compared to competitors but you'll get them.

Little bit sketchy at first but in the end I receive the Gil in really under not too much time.

I was waiting quite a bit for one of my orders, but Sali is the best. They handled everything perfectly!
Scam website
Scam website. They sent me an email for 5 dollars off. I tried to order and it said only 1 dollar off instead!! They lied. They do not honor their word. I will not trust them until they keep their word and their honor of 5 dollars off. If they fix the issue I will give update.
They deliver exactly what they promise
They deliver exactly what they promise. Friendly, laid-back staff who are transparent throughout the process. While the delivery took a bit longer than expected, they made up for it by providing excellent service and keeping their word. I was a bit hesitant initially, but they’ve earned my trust. Definitely worth placing an order with them!
very strange store
very strange store. on my first order they refuse to send game currency and ask for personal documents. waiting for my money back. my order: 20241028191454233101 upd: SCAM! They ignore all messages and do not return money!
Recommend buying lucent from SSEgold
Was a little skeptical at first, but got the lucent I requested! Takes a bit of more time than the stated delivery but they will work with you if you have any questions/concerns!
Friendly, nice, professional, no BS or messing with your order. You gget what you buy
The prompt reply's were awesome, they really go out of there way to make sure your purchase is completed. I gave it 4 stars because my one knock was on the timeframe from when I made my purchase to when I received the product. However it wasn't their fault the game is trying to push their kind of service out of the game causing supply issues. It took them a few days to get the supply back up and my second purchase was much faster!
These guys are pro

Pvpbank.com has always been a great and fair website when it comes to their prices, even when demands are at an all time high. Accompanied with their prompt services I'm not left wondering when I'll receive my items or currency. Thank you Pvpbank.com team for all your hard work!
Great customer support despite some hiccups
It's not 5 starts as there were some delays in my order BUT: all through that time I got fast customer support service and was notified that there would be a delay to my order due to the rarity of some of the items I requested. I was also offered the chance for a refund should I want to cancel my order. I decided to wait for another week, I was on vacation during that time anyway so it was not wasted time, and when I had returned and requested an update on my order from Customer Support I got the order in less than 10 minutes. I will not only continue to do business with this provider but I will also recommend them to all my friends
