Great customer support despite some hiccups
It's not 5 starts as there were some delays in my order BUT: all through that time I got fast customer support service and was notified that there would be a delay to my order due to the rarity of some of the items I requested. I was also offered the chance for a refund should I want to cancel my order. I decided to wait for another week, I was on vacation during that time anyway so it was not wasted time, and when I had returned and requested an update on my order from Customer Support I got the order in less than 10 minutes. I will not only continue to do business with this provider but I will also recommend them to all my friends
