I bought my first Chanel bag through Redeluxe and I couldn't be happier with the whole process from start to finish. I had waited years to find the colour I wanted and I only wanted silver hardware so when I came across Redeluxe and a Chanel colour I had never seen before, I finally made that long awaited purchase. Best decision! Shipping to the UK was unbelievably quick also!

Obsessed with my 19B Beige Caviar Chanel Classic Flap Medium LGH! The bag is even better in person—beautiful beige color, great structure, and exactly as described. What really impressed me was the SUPER fast delivery. It arrived in 3.5 days and was packaged really well. Overall, such a smooth experience!

My favorite thing is they provide EXCELLENT detailed description and photos and video of products in natural lighting, much better than other resellers. With other resellers I always have to ask for more photos and more details to know the true item condition, but Redeluxe provides all the details I need to make my final decision. Reasonable pricing and excellent communication and customer service. Also their checkout that allows for using two cards is so convenient. Will purchase from them again very soon!

Advent calendar

I purchased the advent calendar on launch day. The good items were Really good and useful, but the bad ones were unpleasant. I hope that next year those less enjoyable items will be replaced with better selections to further improve the overall offering. What really stood out to me was their amazing customer service—they consistently go above and beyond to ensure customers are happy with their purchases. I also love that this is a family-owned local business, always willing to help and dedicated to giving their best. Supporting them feels great

Underwhelming! Disappointing!

The packaging was beautiful on the calendars however the gifts were lackluster and cheap! The quick promotions that expired quickly and were small were insulting. I was very disappointed with these items (especially since they were purchased as gifts!)
