Jerusalem Sandals

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that waiting for a product to be restocked can be frustrating. Because our sandals are handcrafted by skilled artisans, some of our most popular styles and sizes occasionally sell out faster than we can replenish them. We take pride in maintaining the quality of our craftsmanship rather than rushing production. We truly appreciate your patience and hope to have your preferred style back in stock soon.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience. We haven’t made any changes to the design of this sandal, so we’d like to better understand what happened. Unfortunately, we don’t have a record of your previous order to compare it with your recent purchase. Is it possible that you ordered a different size this time? Please contact us at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to look into it and make sure you have the correct size. We want you to be completely satisfied with your sandals.

This review is inaccurate and appears to be directed at the wrong seller. You did not purchase these sandals from Jerusalem Sandals. They were purchased from an independent eBay seller several years ago, and we have no record of you as our customer. Because the purchase was made through a third party years ago, any return, exchange, or warranty claim would have had to be handled by that seller—not by Jerusalem Sandals. Our website accurately states that our outsoles are made of polyurethane, and we stand behind the quality of our products. We are proud to have served thousands of satisfied customers over the years and remain committed to providing excellent products and customer service.
