Thank you for your feedback. We understand that waiting for a product to be restocked can be frustrating. Because our sandals are handcrafted by skilled artisans, some of our most popular styles and sizes occasionally sell out faster than we can replenish them. We take pride in maintaining the quality of our craftsmanship rather than rushing production. We truly appreciate your patience and hope to have your preferred style back in stock soon.

I have a pair of old Jerusalem sandals
I have a pair of old Jerusalem sandals, and I bought a replacement; however, the design has changed, and now my toes hang over the front edge of the sandal. I compared the old and new pair, and it is noticeable where the change was made. Not happy.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience. We haven’t made any changes to the design of this sandal, so we’d like to better understand what happened. Unfortunately, we don’t have a record of your previous order to compare it with your recent purchase. Is it possible that you ordered a different size this time? Please contact us at [email protected], and we’ll be happy to look into it and make sure you have the correct size. We want you to be completely satisfied with your sandals.
Just what I was looking for!
Very annoyed and upset!!!
The sole quality is terrible, and the website's advertisement, "Polyurethane soles are incredibly resilient and flexible, ensuring equal distribution of energy during impact," is completely untrue. After just one season, the soles were in tatters... Contacting customer support yields nothing but unsolicited replies. Don't buy from third-party sellers; exchanges are not possible! I had a very negative experience with the company's representatives. I will never buy from this company again and I advise others not to either!Yes, the sandals were purchased on eBay, and correctly so. They were bought in 2024 in the winter, worn for one season in 2025, and worn for one week in 2026. You saw the photos and video of what happened to the soles. And most importantly, yes, I didn't buy them from you, but they are your product, not a counterfeit, and if that's what you're proud of... then everything is clear: you are an unscrupulous manufacturer, and please don't accuse me of making my review inaccurate! I have a fact: your product is of poor quality, yours, not eBay's.

This review is inaccurate and appears to be directed at the wrong seller. You did not purchase these sandals from Jerusalem Sandals. They were purchased from an independent eBay seller several years ago, and we have no record of you as our customer. Because the purchase was made through a third party years ago, any return, exchange, or warranty claim would have had to be handled by that seller—not by Jerusalem Sandals. Our website accurately states that our outsoles are made of polyurethane, and we stand behind the quality of our products. We are proud to have served thousands of satisfied customers over the years and remain committed to providing excellent products and customer service.

Returning the sandals was so easy
Ordering the sandals was so easy. And all that they were beautifully made, and did incredibly good quality, the fit was not right for me. But I have to say the return process was so very easy! This is a wonderful company, and I hope to find one of their sandals that fits me properly.
