Customer Experience
Customer Experience – Wood Pellet Machines from RICHI Machinery We purchased wood pellet production machines from RICHI Machinery. Within less than two months of operation, we observed major structural issues, including cracks and breakage in the steel frames. All issues were reported to the company with supporting evidence, but the warranty and after-sales commitments were not fulfilled. Buyers and industry professionals should carefully assess and verify warranty and service support when considering machinery from this company. We share this experience to provide factual information to other potential customers
