Ross Simons

We are glad that you like your jewelry.

Thank you for your continued support and for sharing your experience — we truly value your feedback. We strive to offer a range of pieces at varying levels of quality to suit different styles and budgets, and we understand that not every item may meet the expectations set by previous purchases. Of course, you may return anything you are not satisfied with, within 30-days of purchase.

Thank you for your feedback. We do our best to represent each piece as accurately as possible by including detailed product dimensions and scaled photos on a model to help convey size and proportion. That said, we understand how challenging it can be to gauge the true scale of jewelry online, and we're sorry the gemstones didn’t meet your expectations. We're glad to hear the gold-over-silver finish was a highlight for you, and we hope the earrings still bring you joy.

We appreciate your patience and hope to resolve this for you quickly. We have requested more information about this order.

Thank you for your honest feedback—we’re truly sorry to hear the earrings didn’t meet your expectations. Amber is a natural stone, and because of its organic origin, it can vary widely in color and clarity—from golden honey to deep cognac. While we strive to represent each piece as accurately as possible, these natural variations mean no two are exactly alike. You may return or exchange anything within 30 days of purchase.

Thank you for sharing your experience—we truly appreciate your feedback. We're always willing to work with customers on special requests whenever possible, but in some cases, the style or construction of a piece limits our ability to make modifications. Your input helps us continue improving both our designs and services.

We regret to learn the necklace didn’t meet your expectations. We do our best to depict each piece of jewelry as accurately as possible in our photos, including color and finish, but we understand that lighting and screen settings can sometimes affect how items appear. We appreciate you taking the time to return or exchange it, and we hope your next selection is a perfect match.
