Hi Kevin Thank you for your reply and i apologise for this issue. Although you purchased this on your account you can download this onto any compatible machine. Please note, she will need to log into your account at https://account.microsoft.com/services and then click on the INSTALL button to allow her to download and install the product. Once a product is redeemed to an account we are unable to change the account preference, however, this would resolve this issue for you. thank you *edit* We have reached out to you a few times via email to try to resolve this issue, and we are still awaiting a response. If you could please respond to our email (resent today) and we will be able to investigate and provide some resolutions to you.
