I would definitely recommend this site to EVERYONE looking to go into the candle making business rather it be for personal or income. Saveonscents excels in all areas, #1 being customer service and when you have that, everything else just falls into place. If I could give them more than 5 stars I for sure would.

Thank you for leaving us feedback. Unfortunately, I cannot find anything that I consider to be a negative interaction between our customer service staff and yourself. I see that you placed a single order and selected the free fedex ground shipping offer. The order was then placed on hold while we sent a paypal money request for the shipping expense. You then emailed us, asking to clarify the policy. We then explained that our free shipping offer unfortunately can only be extended to fedex ground shipments within the United States, not to Australia. Then I see that the shipping expense was paid, and the order shipped. Maybe you are confusing us with a different company? Or maybe there is an interaction that I am not seeing? I LOVE the scents I purchase, even though I wasn’t sure how to use them. I would love to make my own personal perfume, but not sure how.
Purchased over a dozen scents, incense, alcohols, and DYI kits. Great packaging, fast delivery, great products. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
I ordered 6 scents, will be reordering 3 and customer service here is superb. I do wish they had a fragrance oil showroom.

My first order for my business wasn't a large one, but the most important items were missing & shipped later. Then after repeated calls I've never been able to catch someone on the phone to talk to about doing more business. Disappointing because my company really would have loved to use them as a supplier, but I'm choosing to use others instead.

All has been swell with what I have aquired and communication with staff has been good. THE LAST 1000 RAW STICK INCENSE I GOT HAD NO UNIFORMITEY 35 % of the punks won't stay lit due to inconsistencies. If the sticks wer better 4.5 I would give

Unfortunately, we find that many times these sticks are banged around in transit, and this then has an effect on the uniformity of some sticks. Beyond that, these sticks are a natural product, and there is some natural tolerance in the manufacturing process. If you ever run into issues with an order, please feel free to reach out to us. i can sincerely say that my experience with SOS has been a 7 star long term relationship. I was SHOCKED to see the 1 star. Never expected anything less than a 4 star. Maybe it is just the TRUMP EFFECT on the economy, not sure. :-] I have been ordering from SOS for about 10 years. I should have stock in this company!!!. They always sell samples which I think is awesome. I do not like ALL OF THEIR products. Who does?! But I have NEVER experienced poorly made, cheaply made product. Any missed packed they would send me would be either tracked down, or resent. I do not work for them, but man that is a real bummer for those who has those extremely rare experiences. Its a new year, try again.
