Our nootropics range has been part of our offering for years, and the product is labelled accordingly as the term “nootropics” is intended to signal that these gels contain a significantly higher caffeine content than standard energy gels. Because of this elevated caffeine level (200mg per gel), we clearly advise on-pack and on our website that these should be consumed with care. Guidance is provided in the suggested use section, including the recommendation to limit intake to one gel per day and to read the directions before use particularly when trying a product that differs from your usual choice. We also always encourage customers to reach out if they are unsure about a product before using it. We understand that in endurance sports it’s common to consume multiple gels, which is exactly why these specific gels carry additional guidance around intake.
