Thank you for your feedback. When you placed your order, our website indicated that the product would require 3-4 weeks to arrive at our warehouse from the publisher. The estimated ship date was February 26th, and your order actually shipped from our warehouse on February 19th. Unfortunately, this shipping method does not include tracking information or a tracking number. As stated on our website at the time of your order placement, this shipping option typically takes about 4-6 weeks to reach your country after leaving our warehouse. For future orders, we recommend considering one of our more expedited shipping options if you prefer faster delivery with tracking capabilities. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Greetings, According to our records, your order was dispatched from our US warehouse on February 19th via International Budget. Regrettably, this method of shipment does not provide tracking information or a tracking number. As mentioned on our website at the time of your order placement, this shipping option generally takes approximately 4-6 weeks to arrive in your country after departing from our warehouse. Please be advised that the delivery time may experience additional delays based on factors such as customs processing, local delivery schedules, weather events, and any other variables affecting international transport at this time. Shipments using the International Budget option are routed through the United States Postal Service and subsequently handed over to your country's general mailing service. Considering the estimated transit time, coupled with potential delays, we kindly request your understanding and ask that you allow more time for the package to reach its destination. Your patience is highly appreciated.

We appreciate your review and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Kindly email us outlining the issues with the music, allowing us to address them with the publisher. Our team will then gladly explore solutions to ensure your satisfaction. Our email is: [email protected]
