Feedback sites are important to help hold us to account as a business, but it is also important that they state facts that are true and reflect the real experience.
Fortunately, 499 out of 500 of our customers love what we do but sadly at times we are unable to meet some customers’ expectations.
For clarity I have located your purchase receipt, and the shoes are out of warranty in contradiction to when returned you them with no receipt and you claimed they were 1 DAY inside there 1 year warranty.
There is no fault with the shoe, the back of the right shoe is broken down and we have in fact resolved this instore already with some manipulation to it. We do recommend with any shoes to avoid breaking the heel down when putting your shoes on, they will fold and possibly split if your shoes are put on in this manner. The warranty does not cover this type of use/damage I’m afraid.
One very important final point of note that you do not highlight. The first pair of shoes we replaced for you without contest, a pair of Skechers was clearly faulty and replaced with no argument because the shoe was faulty. Your second pair, a Puma shoe is out of warranty and not faulty hence we have not replaced it.
I’m sorry we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion.
