You purchased a pair of shoes in June 2024, and returned these shoes after 11 months for a fault of “squeaking” and these were replaced/no quibble with the same model/size: Nike Air. You have worn the shoes outside walking to your simulator and hit balls with them on and they are clearly used inside and out. We are therefore unable to change shoes that are used as is the case with ANY retail store. You used threatening language to our staff quote “there won’t be a scene if I get what I want” which we do not tolerate in any circumstances. Fortunately, 999 out of 1000 customers who visit us understand and love what we do. We wish you all the best with your purchases elsewhere.
