Thank you so much Caroline, for such a genuinely lovely review and for placing your trust in SLADE property collective during what I know was a very emotional and important time for you and your family. It was an absolute privilege to help you with the sale of your mom’s home, and I truly appreciate your kind words regarding both the service provided and my local knowledge of Bilbrook village and the surrounding area. Achieving an asking price offer within the first week was a fantastic result, but most importantly, I’m pleased I was able to help make the process feel as smooth, stress-free, and supported as possible throughout. Reviews like this honestly mean the world to an independent business like mine, and your recommendation is hugely appreciated. Thank you once again, Caroline, and I wish you and your family all the very best for the future. Hi Elayne, Thank you so much for your lovely 5-star review…it really means a lot to us. We’re so pleased to hear how happy you were with the service Oliver provided. Keeping things simple, being easy to reach, and making sure you’re always in the loop is exactly how we believe it should be done… so it’s great to know that stood out for you. “No receptionist” made us smile too… when you call, you get us and that personal approach is something we’re really proud of. Thank you again for trusting SLADE Property Collective with your sale, and for your kind words about Oliver… it’s hugely appreciated. Wishing you all the very best for the future. Hi Deb & Andy, Thank you both so much for the brilliant 5-star review…we really do appreciate it. From that first meeting, it was important to us that you felt comfortable, well-informed, and confident in the plan, so it’s great to hear that approach worked for you. Pricing a property properly from day one is key, and we’re really pleased we were able to generate strong interest and achieve a great result for you. We know it wasn’t the smoothest journey all the way through, but you both handled everything really well, and we’re glad Oliver was able to be there when needed to keep things moving and take a bit of the pressure off. Also glad we kept the “waffle” to a minimum! Just honest advice and getting the job done… that’s always been our way. Thanks again for trusting SLADE Property Collective and for being great to work with throughout. Wishing you both all the very best moving forward. Thank you so much for such an incredible and thoughtful 5-star review Karen…it truly means a great deal to both of us. Firstly, we just want to say it was an absolute privilege to help you with the sale of your late father’s home. We understand how emotional that journey can be, and we’re so pleased that Oliver was able to support you throughout with care, reassurance, and clear guidance from start to finish. Your kind words about Oliver’s approach, communication, and commitment really do reflect everything we stand for at SLADE Property Collective. From the initial marketing through to managing viewings, negotiating offers, and navigating what was clearly a more complex transaction, we’re delighted that you felt fully supported every step of the way. We’re especially pleased that trusting Oliver’s advice on pricing and strategy paid off… achieving a result significantly stronger than previously suggested is exactly why we believe in honest, informed guidance over shortcuts like auction routes when they’re not necessary. Thank you again for placing your trust in us during such an important time. Your recommendation genuinely means everything to a small independent business like ours, and your support as we continue to grow is hugely appreciated. Wishing you all the very best for the future, and please remember we’re always here if you ever need us. Warmest regards, Mark Slade & Oliver Jones SLADE Property Collective Your personal estate agency 🏡
