I first met Mark several years ago when I viewed a property he was marketing, and I was so impressed by his professionalism and exceptional customer service that I didn’t hesitate to recommend him to my parents when they decided to sell their home.
From the very beginning, Mark was outstanding. Within just one week, the property had been professionally photographed, an EPC completed, detailed floor plans prepared, and the home was live on the market. His marketing was exceptional, including a high-quality teaser video shared across social media, which generated significant interest and created real excitement around the property.
The results spoke for themselves. The property received an offer at the full asking price from the very first viewer. There was so much interest that numerous additional viewings had already been booked but ultimately had to be cancelled because the sale was agreed so quickly.

That name was Oliver Jones at Slade Property Collective. Having just completed the sale, I can tell you that Oliver exceeded our expectations. From the start, he’s honest about the price you can expect for your property but once you’ve put your property in his hands, he will keep you up to date with viewings that are planned and offers. Best local independent estate agent.
We went with Oli as Slade were selling the house we were keen on. Having had a number of valuations from different estate agents in Wolverhampton, Oli was the most genuine and hands-on. Fast responses, great photos, never left in the dark, always knew what was going on with our sale and purchase, whenever appointments were made, they were met. Viewing information sent through promptly so I could plan my day/week. Sold our house in 4 days. Can't recommend him and Slade Property Collective enough. Hopefully never moving again, but would gladly use them if I did. Recommending to all I know.

The experience was great the knowledge…
The experience was great the knowledge of the area and the interactions we had were really positive. I thought the photographs he did of the property really helped and I think that their local knowledge really did help us push our house sale through quick and easy.
I’d also like to say that I thought the communication was very good and he talked us through the process and kept us up-to-date with what was going on and what we needed to do. It was very helpful. I highly recommend using Slade property collective and I would recommend to anyone to use them going forward one of the best estate agents I’ve had.

Highly Recommended - fantastic estate agent
Can't recommend Slade Property Collective, and in particular Oliver Jones enough.
Have just completed on a property marketed by them, nothing was too much trouble and Ollie was always approachable, professional, transparent and responsive.
Slade have a very different approach to a lot of estate agents in Wolverhampton, in that they list properties for a fair market value, rather than an inflated starting price, which seems to be very rare! As such their properties seem to attract a lot of attention and sell very quickly!
Another amazing benefit is Ollies extensive knowledge of reputable local tradespeople - I really struggled to find anybody willing to provide a quote for work until we had completed which would have made negotiations tricky following a survey, but everyone Ollie recommended came out and quoted without issue.
The next time I need an estate agent, Ollie will be the first person I'd call.

We recently sold a house in Pendeford through Slade which was handled by Oliver Jones and sold within 2 weeks. We had quotes from other estate agents before who would barely spend 15 minutes when valuing, Oliver was thorough, explained everything clearly and felt like we actually mattered. We had an excellent experience of purchasing a property in the Tettenhall, West Midlands area. The service we received from Oliver Jones was absolutely brilliant. He was so helpful throughout the whole process, from initial viewing right the way through to exchange/completion.
Communication was the best I have received following many engagements with various estate agents over the years. Oliver was contactable via call/WhatsApp for any of our queries, and went above and beyond to support our purchase.
