TR
We are glad to hear about your professional experience, great communication, and fast delivery. Thank you, Thomas, for choosing SpinLife!
We are happy to hear our team supported you and your mother through this. We look forward to the technician resolving the chair issue soon.
Thank you immensely, Jason! Great service and quick turnaround are standards we take pride in delivering.
We apologize that the mattress you ordered is currently on backorder and was unavailable for use with your bed. As a result, the mattress order has been canceled, and you will receive a full refund for the mattress. We have also arranged a return for the bed and are waiving all return fees. Once the bed is returned, you will receive a full refund for the bed as well.
We are excited to hear you started your order with us, Gerald. We hope the rest of your experience exceeds expectations!
It's regrettable to hear about the communication failure with SEFL. We appreciate your feedback and will review our delivery partnerships to improve future experiences.
Your positive experience over 15 years means everything to us. Thank you for recommending SpinLife to others for their mobility needs.
Thank you for your review, Gary. We are glad your concerns were answered and you enjoyed the Jazzy 27. We look forward to serving you and your wife again.
I am sorry the item you purchased was on a backorder. I see your order has been canceled and refunded per your request. Thank you.
We are sorry to hear that the Convaid stroller did not meet your needs. These fees you had to pay to return are part of our return policy, which is agreed to at the time of purchase. We aim to be as transparent as possible by providing detailed product information and outlining our return policy in advance, so customers can make informed decisions before completing their purchase.
We are thrilled to hear our team member was efficient. We look forward to your feedback once your parts arrive, Ginger!
We are overjoyed to hear the price and quick availability met your needs. We hope the quality impresses you too!

We are excited to hear about your positive experience! Hope your rear wheels arrive quickly and meet expectations.

Jerry, We are sorry to hear about the incorrect sling on your first order. Since they are a hygienic item they are non returnable. We are glad you were able to find the right one for you.
Thank you for your wonderful feedback, Jacqueline! We're glad the process was thorough and easy for you.
