Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you feel the promotions and surveys haven’t met your expectations — that’s not the experience we want for our members. Surveys can sometimes screen out if responses don’t match the target criteria, and while this can be frustrating, it’s part of how survey providers ensure accuracy. For promotions like grocery receipt offers, the SB amounts are set by the merchant and vary depending on the item. If you believe a promotion or survey did not credit correctly, please submit a ticket through your Activity Ledger or visit www.swagbucks.com/help so our support team can review your account securely.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback about the Swagbucks app. We appreciate your input and will make sure to pass your comments along to our team for consideration. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t met expectations. To clarify, Swagbucks does offer multiple redemption options — including PayPal Cash — in addition to gift cards. You can view all available rewards in the Rewards section of your account. Surveys can sometimes screen out if responses don’t match the target criteria, which can feel frustrating. We’re continually working with our partners to improve survey quality and reduce mid‑survey disqualifications. If you’re having trouble redeeming or believe a reward option isn’t appearing correctly, please submit a ticket through your Activity Ledger or visit swagbucks.com/help so our support team can securely review your account. We appreciate your feedback and hope we can make your experience smoother moving forward.

Swagbucks
