Not the website it once was
Successfully created an account and started collecting points - mainly via surveys. Used Swagbucks in the past and earned enough points to claim some vouchers and some cash (paid to paypal) without any issues. This time however, have found that the account is now inaccessible and customer support next to zero in terms of assistance. Not sure what has changed with Swagbucks but something clearly has.

Easy to take surveys. BUT almost impossible to cash out. 10 working days. Something is not write. Contact 4 x with the same ticket, never got a reply. Branded and TopMoney you cash out immediately. Something is really wrong. Most of Fintech/Neos, you get $ immediately.

Suspend accounts when try to cash out. Dont give any reasons
Similar to others, I was lured by a good bonus for opening an account at SoFi. However, after my account was opened and they got their commission, they shut down my account without giving any reason when I tried to cash out. My account got suspended, and I still haven't been given a reason for it, just keep getting copy-pasted replies. Be aware and opt for a lower bonus from other portals instead. I was asked for ID verification when I tried to cash out, however, after I completed that successfully I was told that my account is closed. This is a scam.
