I requested cancellation of an order almost immediately after placing it, but the order had already entered the fulfillment process and been shipped anyway. I was initially frustrated, but Syncwire's customer service completely turned the experience around.
They responded promptly, including over the weekend, and issued a full refund, telling me to simply refuse delivery so the package can be returned without me incurring the cost of shipping. When I was unable to refuse delivery, they ultimately told me to not worry about returning the product at all.
What could have been a very negative experience ended up being some of the best customer service I've ever received. Their team was courteous, responsive, and extremely accommodating which is why I'll absolutely be considering purchasing from Syncwire again because of how the situation was handled. Would highly recommend.
Update for readers on my warranty claim- replacement eventually received but was not the correct size and of no use. Advised syncwire twice but tit seems they no longer want to stay in contact with me. I will contact Amazon to see if they can advise and keep you up dated

Syncwire has great customer service. They respond to emails, usually within 30 hours, and have a satisfactory solution. The cell phone ring has 'flopped' twice but they replaced it quickly. I love this product so I accepted the replacement. Almost impossible to find one with a good enough magnate to connect to the dash phone-holder. Give them a try!
Contacted Syncwire, both by email and their warranty contact form on their website, as the cable I bought with their lifetime warranty had become faulty. They haven’t responded and clearly have no intention to. I only bought the cable from them because of their lifetime warranty. Won’t be buying from them again.
It seems I suffered the same issue as others, the rubber cover on the mag ring came off..
A single email and picture and they are sending a replacement, so great customer service!

Bought a mag ring for my android, and it started to lose adhesiveness on the front rubber cover. I emailed them and they sent out a replacement. Great service. Hopefully this one will not do the same, but Syncwire honestly did good by me! Thanks!
