Great store! Was recommended through a friend to preorder an LED kit here, and when I found an alternative local option and asked for the cancellation of the preorder they responded quickly the next day with a cancellation and a refund. Will definitely return one day.

Consistently good experience!
I have ordered three times from Takara Studios and each experience has been consistently pleasant, especially the last order to replace a missing chest hub connector for a Kosmos LED Light kit for a PG Unicorn. The set was obtained a few years ago from a third party but Takara Studios helped ensure I had the correct peice to complete the kit. Mr. Wang was especially helpful and patient and responded quickly to my questions. I'm very happy with Takara Studios and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or order from them in the future!

Great guide, great quality, great service.
Overall quality is fantastic. And their guide video whilst only viewable on bilibili meaning I didn't have access to it, they were able to send me the video file so that I can follow the guide. Installation while following guide was very simple and even guided disassembling the torso which was great since I had already built my kit when it first released.

Misleading Product title
I am very disappointed with my first purchase from Takaramodel. The product listing is misleading. It gives the impression that the price includes the full wallpaper pack, but it does not. There is no clear indication that customers must select a specific design, which easily leads to mistakes. I doubt it’s a deliberate tactic to encourage additional orders. Overall, this experience has been very disappointing. The product which is unclear whether the product is covered by a copyright license.
