As requested, the items were canceled and refunded. While we’re glad we could resolve that quickly, we know the overall experience fell short. If you ever run into something like this, we always encourage reaching out directly (email or chat) with a quick note and a couple photos showing the garment measurements. That helps us review the situation quickly and offer the best solution.
