Oh no! I am so sorry to hear this! Quick Fix should import whole .zip in all compatible software via "Import Presets" following the process designed by Adobe! I so wish you had reached out to our support team if there was any confusion about the process, as there should be no extra steps involved! Now, there are a variety of creative and corrective tools in this collection, all of which are listed on the product page and are discussed and previewed in the full collection walkthrough we have linked from the product page - were you able to review this prior to purchase? We also include a recipe guide and complementary 1:1 support! This collection is stackable, adjustable, and fully customizable to taste - we'd love to work with you to get things better suited to your personal workflow!
