Unfortunately, you were likely responding to 'no-reply' email addresses. I am very sorry that happened as we normally reply within minutes or a few hours, (or immediately if you call us.) Please give us a call M-F at 847-527-8880 and we would be glad to help you with your order. Again, please accept our apologies for not getting your messages.

Thank you for reaching out and for your honest feedback. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. I’m glad to hear that you liked the picture and the price of the product. At the same time, I understand your disappointment that the brand was not the specific competitor brand you were hoping for. We strive to present every item on our website as accurately as possible, including clear product images, descriptions, and pricing. The product you purchased is exactly as shown and described on the product page. While we carry a wide range of quality brands, we do not exclusively sell the same brands as our competitors. Our focus is on offering well-made products at competitive prices, along with excellent customer service. Many of our customers find great value in discovering alternatives that provide the same function and style they are looking for. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns. We hope to serve you better in the future.
