QUALITY AND SIZING
i bought two "men's classic base layer set" and theyre an ok quality but i received a children's size and it wont fit my husband (180cm, 72kg), unfortunately they were on sale and the website states there's no refunds, even if they received them i'd have to pay the return shipping and essentially lose twice as much money and they won't even fit me cause they're childrens size. i ordered the "women's pastel seamless base layer set" and the sizing is correct but the fit/quality is mediocre for the pricing. the last item i ordered were the "women's classic base layer set" and surprisingly theyre the best quality, soft feel, fleece lined, good quality print and flattering design. getting only one quality product out of four is unfortunate as i was considering purchasing more cause the brand offers really cute designs

Love the turtleneck long sleeve shell/shirt. It has cotton type material on lower and waterproof material on upper. Would love to see more products like this!

Vector does not care about the customer, they care about making a profit off you and nothing else.
I bought a jacket from them for an upcoming ski trip I had. Shipping said from 5 - 15 days delivery. I thought I would be safe as I had 2 weeks to receive it. It ended up delivery up to the limit of the 15 days causing me to not be able to see the item. Upon my return from the trip I find the jacket is too small for me right off the package. They will not let me return or exchange the item since they only accept items 15 days from delivery. I contacted them and they will not work with me to help with the issue. They do not care about the customer and only care about making a gotcha sale that you cannot return or exchange after you have bought. The jacket is of good quality but sizes are completely unpredictable, I bought an L and its tight on me when I usually wear an M on normal items. Do not buy from them.

Currently, we don’t have automatic app push notifications for tracking updates, but once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page.

I ordered 2xl and it felt like i was…
I ordered 2xl and it felt like i was wearing a large it was way too tight in the chest and stomach areas, the length was good but not good for tall men, the jacket kept rising up
