We are sorry to hear that your dog Barton has not yet responded to our product. While you are correct, our product is not a cure for diabetes and would not have prevented the progression of cataracts, it has only been formulated to help relieve and maintain relief from the symptoms when taken as directed. Was Barton on any other medications? Did you discontinue insulin (if prescribed) when starting our product? Was this given in water or food? If it was in water, was the water being consumed right away or did that sit in the bowl all day? Unfortunately, what may work for one pet may not work for another, and that is the case with any medicine or natural supplement.
