Hi there, Thank you for your incredible 20 years of loyalty to WorldWinner. We are genuinely sorry to hear that our recent platform updates and the discontinuation of the Premier Club have left you feeling so frustrated. It is completely understandable why losing the progress you spent years building toward Bonus Bucks feels deeply disappointing. While our goal in adopting a new rewards system was to improve the overall experience, we hear your feedback loud and clear that we missed the mark for you during this transition. Regarding your concerns about the competition, please know that we take fair play very seriously. WorldWinner relies on strict skill-based matchmaking to pair real people against one another we do not use bots to compete against our players, though we understand how tough the competition can feel at times. We respect your decision to close your account, but your feedback as a 20 year veteran of our site is incredibly valuable to us. If you would be open to discussing your experience further, or if there is anything we can do to make this right, please reach out to our team at [email protected]. Thank you again for two decades of playing with us. We wish you the absolute best.
