If there is a brief interruption in your network connection—or a communication timeout on our end—at that exact moment, the game fails to submit the data. When a score cannot be verified by the server, the system automatically registers it as a "0" to close out the tournament. We assure you this is a technical safeguard for incomplete data, not an intentional feature or an act of greed. We sincerely apologize that our support team has not gotten back to you yet. We answer every single ticket we receive, but depending on the queue volume, it can sometimes take a bit longer than we would like. It is never our intention to leave our players feeling ignored. Please know that when a verified technical issue or disconnect prevents a score from posting, our policy is to review the match and refund the entry fee.
