Zopim effect website loading speed

Zopim is good live support for website or eCommerce store but my sales drop after using zopim on store, cause its effect your website loading time, so its better to avoid live support which effect your website loading speed.

Not a great product

Zopim branding on the chat box isn't great, but limiting what we can write in the default text and removing the branding that we had designed custom for the chat window when our trial ended (even when it doesn't cost them anything) is tacky and has us looking for a new chat box.

Excellent product.

Excellent product. However it would be better if it were also integrated into the WHATSAPP

One of the best chat services

Everything is good , From customization options to setting working hours time on chat , its all good , Price per seat is good too, and you always have an option to try free chat before going premium .Once you start using zopim, you get used to it . They have option where you can get weekly chat logs on your email or after every single chat which is a great feature to keep all your chat logs autosaved in your email address.i would recommend zopim to anyone who is starting a new company and wants to try it for free before spending.

We wouldnt use ANYONE else!

We have being using Zopim for around 3 years. The teams absolutely love it as it is so easy to use and it goes a long way to providing great customer service for our clients. When we have had technical issues, Zopims team have been there to fix them for us immediately. We couldn't and wouldn't ask for a better service or experience. If you need live chat software for your website, then definitely go for Zopim!

Poor service

Can not be true when you want to downgrade to a free version that the money you have paid for can not be refunded poor service, find another live chat.

Great Chat Service

We are using Zopim Chat service for almost a year now and I believe that's the best Chat Service I've used. It's very use to install and the usability is incredible. I highly recommend it!
