Quality of items is very good, but sizing is awful, returns are problematic, and customer service is terrible. I ordered late November for an event in March. Received the items at the end of December. I ordered a XL but the items were more of a women's XL and did not fit. I emailed to exchange. Over a week later they responded about returns but provided no details about how to do that. I emailed multiple accounts to get additional information and they did not respond. I went into their website and used their chat function and they did not respond so I opened a PayPal claim and they finally responded. They wanted a return and finally gave me the information needed then when I asked for them to refund, they did not reply. Fortunately, I escalated my case on PayPal and got my refund. My advice is to only do custom sizes, and if you have to get a refund just make a claim on PayPal as they only seem to consistently respond to that.
Costumes, they do not fit (even though correct measurements were given which the company acknowledged) I filed a dispute through PayPal. After 10 days of no response from the company(which i was told you would get refunded if no response from seller within 10 days)

The cosplay clothes on this site are really handmade, the details are very good, I am very satisfied. Although the price is a bit high, it is worth the money. Highly recommended!
“Poor communication of order status and misleading fulfillment timelines”
Their communication process of order status and fulfillment timelines is extremely poor. They do not tell you when an item will ship and held my order for half a month and did nothing to tell me what was going on. Only when I insisted on an update and asked for a refund did they suddenly become more responsive but they didn't have any answer as to why they sat on my order for 3 weeks before doing anything.
Extremely dissatisfied and they wouldn't offer a refund when requested. Their site gives completely erroneous turnaround timelines for order fulfillment. I gave them a full month and they won't be able to fulfill my order already paid almost $500 for!
Buyer beware! I would not recommend this business to anyone unless you want to be hugely disappointed.
Bought a costume from them totaling around 260 and immediately upon checkout was sent an email saying they were out of stock of the costume. Why not say so on the site? They asked if I wanted to pay more for another costume of the same series (which I don’t even see offered on their site) but I declined and asked when I’ll see my refund. This is a sketchy business
