I ordered 3 stools, when I got them, there were defects in the welds, and the black paint on the legs was on the welds. I work in interior design and have never seen anything so poorly finished. I contacted the seller to request compensation, at least for 1 stool. They told me to paint it, saying no one is perfect, and refused to provide compensation. This was definitely one of the worst experiences I've had with suppliers. No one is perfect, but a willingness to collaborate is essential for a supplier. Highly discouraged. They concluded they would improve their production, and that was that.
