Lifetime license (2023) still works; wide-use program; quick support!
I purchased a lifetime license for Y2Mate One in 2023, and I have been able to use it ever since with no additional payments. The program downloads YouTube videos in any quality I want, along with subtitles, chapters, and thumbnails (I'm very fond of it including the metadata)! It cleanly downloads from streaming sites, too! When I had an issue of not being able to authenticate my license after an update, their support got to me quickly and resolved the problem! I am so happy with this program!

Have used this app for years
Have used this app for years. It is my go-to downloader application for all things video. Well supported bit of software. As issues arise due to changes streamers make to their platform, the y2mate team is always quick to release an update maintaining the apps functionality. y2mate's UI is user friendly and highly capable. I doubt that a better downloader application exists actually. I remember asking them to also support downloading in MKV format, and was AMAZED to find that as a feature in the very next patch! How often does that EVER happen? If you operate an in-house platform like Emby or Plex, y2mate can be scheduled to download new episodes weekly and place them in the proper path. I don't normally write reviews because honestly I just don't care enough. However, I have enjoyed y2mate profoundly enough that I felt it deserved any good words I can send it's way. the y2mate team deserves a big high-five and a fist bump!

It's a good Downloader to Download Videos on Joyn and other Streaming-Services. From Time to Time there are some Problems with Downloads but with new Update it was fixed. Minus one Star because not all Videos i cant download in HD or Full HD.

It hasn't worked for many months
Nothing that interests me works. Netflix doesn't work. Amazon doesn't work. DRM doesn't work. I've been trying to fix it for months with technical support, they always tell me to wait for the next update. The updates carried out over 3 months never led to a solution to the problem. Attention everyone they are not professional!!!!!!!!!!!!! Be wary

Love it, but could be better
Everything is great! I love it! My only critiques are that on Netflix the new ones I can't get because it's too high quality to get. And that I can't get videos on others, like PureFlex, for example. Another problem I have is that my computer crashed. So, I had to repurchase again, despite the fact that I bought the lifetime one and it was suppose to go to 3 different other computers. I tried to get it back onto my computer after it was fixed, but it was unsuccessful. So, I had to repurchase for the lifetime one again. What's to say that I will have to repurchase again, and how can I get reimbursed for the false advertisement of 3 different computers and for repurchasing that was a fail? Other than those things, I am happy and grateful to you! So, thank you! :)
A pretty good and easy to use program the many negative reviews
Despite the many negative reviews, I actually had positive experiences with the program. If there were technical errors, I was helped quickly and if the program didn't work properly, you had to be patient because an update would come sooner or later. If download problems occurred, they also occurred with other providers. So overall I'm happy.
Verry good software sometimes it breaks…
Verry good software sometimes it breaks for some sources but i've learned to stay on a working version until it doesn't work anymore then update and hope it works or wait a few versions. I have contacted them 1 time for a problem and they replied a few days later.
