Heated gloves that weren't.

I purchased these gloves after being led to believe they were electrically heated. Paid almost £20 worth about £5 so rubbish really.

I asked to buy three glasses

I asked to buy three glasses on 17 January 2021 and I paid $50.96 USD for them and so far, they didn't send them even though I sent them an email but they didn't send the reply, I think it's a scam company and it stole everyone's money. I am thinking now to do dispute against them if I don't get the glasses this week or receive a reply to my email.

I ordered 2 items on 18th Jan but did not receive them. I emailed the company but got no reply. I decided to seek help from PayPal but when I logged in on 2nd Feb I saw that there was a message in German about my order. It was from Kaus - Kunder service. My German was sufficient for me to understand that I needed to contact them at a different email address I did so on 3rd Feb. I received my items yesterday 4th Feb. Hope this helps anyone who has tried a different email address for this company.

Absolute SCAM ordered engraving pen, has never turned up, have sent numerous emails, nothing back. Also I would never clink a link now advertised on social media as this seems to be what happens to people, media line fb should take some responsibility too. Doesn't deserve any ratings - 100
