1 star because I don't know how to give 0. I've been trying to buy a gift for my brother and at first it was cancelled because they only take paypal. This time it was cancelled because I don't know why. I'm still going to try and buy the item again because he wanted it for his birthday and I love the man, but I ******* hate this website and company for being so utterly incompetent.

Reached out to them them about buying a figure that was sold out everywhere else I looked. They did some looking around and found one in their warehouse, and they offered me multiple different shipping options. It arrived today and is exactly what I was looking for. The terms outlined on their website were clear and easy to follow, and their communication was prompt and courteous through email. Will buy from them again.

Purchased a Reze statue from them. There was some delays on the sea shipping given the time frame I ordered it which was near the Chinese New Year it is understandable. Item arrived in good shape, would buy from them again.

They lied about the cost of the item on their website. After I placed the order they emailed me telling me to pay an additional $260. That's false advertising and clearly a scam.
