This scam company doesn’t even deserve one star, ordered a picture, never received. This has been roughly 7 months now, no refund, and they stopped communicating with me. Not sure how this is legal or it keeps happening to lots of people, but something needs to happen with them!! Stay away!
This company must not exist. I have paid for a gift that I never received. I sent several emails and was told things were being investigated. When I asked for the tracking number and looked for myself, I found my purchase came from China and has been sitting in customsfor 2 months. I have asked for a refund and haven't heard back from anyone since. I am very upset about this as the gift was a gift for my elderly parents.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM YESHMILY!!!! Purchased item on April 22 for Mother’s Day. After Mother’s Day came and went, with no progress of shipping item. I contacted Yeshmily regarding a refund or status of shipping. I was told there was no refund on custom items, but I let them know that it hasn’t even shipped. In later get a bogus tracking number on May 18. After 2-3 weeks, item still hadnt shipped. I emailed again regarding a refund. I was informed that they would process for a refund. On June 2, I emailed again regarding the refund. I was told that it would be escalated to finance and it would be processed in 5-15 days. It is July 6 and no refund. So, I have emailed them again.
They tell you they'll get you a product by a certain date of course that date never comes they don't give you updates on your product more than likely this is a scam stay far away from these people obviously hiding their identity from the Internet is a Telltale sign if you want we should start a class action lawsuit against this company to find the true identity also and launch an investigation from Consumer Affairs and bbp
Yishmily is a rip off, recieved my item and once I removed the protective film there is a deep scratch and you can see incomplete buffing of the plexiglass. I have reached out to them numerous times to replace this item or refund me for manufacture issues on the product. Sent numerous pictures and finally get we will give you 20% off your next purchase but they will do nothing to fix the current issue. This company or scammer should be taken off every social media outlet, selling products that are poorly made.
Ordered a Blazer not long ago, there is no update of what I ordered even order number apart from that SKU: bbtxt0202404170-12-a which is not order number bit is serial number for the item. And another thing even the email address is not found in google. So this is typical scum I presume. when you contact customer support they ask you for order number which do not have.
I received my item that looked nothing like the picture at all, it had the incorrect DOB on it and the wood arrived with a big chip on the side. I asked for at least 50% refund as they wouldn’t provide a full refund and now they just arnt responding to any of my emails. I spent £40 on this product that I have just binned. Very disappointing. Avoid at all costs.
They take your order, charge you VIP fee for faster delivery, promise certain delivery date and then you have to chase them for delivery conformation. I've not even seen the product we've ordered but don't hold our breath, it's going to be any nice!! We should have checked their reviews before wasting our money and time on these rogue traders.
Scam do not use or buy anything from them
I placed an order in yesshiy (now called "Bekinas") almost 4 months ago and it's still "waiting shipment". I had contacted them after one month and got a reply asking me to be patient. I have emailed them again asking for a refund. Will update when I get a reply.
They are scam artists I bought 2 products I got one then I emailed about 10 times across about 4-6 weeks and all they said was we will get back to you so no product no refund really bad
Absolutely awful. Advertised something and sent something else. And they want us to pay for the return postage. Please don't get involved.
Honestly wouldn't give even 1 star. False advertising and product is of the poorest quality. Don't check out the items because it's not what they will send.
Unfortunately i was forced to give 1 star as it doesnt give me less so this isnt an accurate rating from me. If you wish to buy from these scammers then the best advise I can give is not to waste your time looking at the pictures because its not what you will receive. Avoid.
Don’t order with them. They are fraud. Website pics are not even close to dresses what you received. No embroidery at all. Please don’t order with them. They don’t give your money back either
The worst experience ever , what I received is ridiculous , not even close to what I ordered !!nobody would wear it , very very bad quality fabric and the design is nothing but a design , do not trust pictures you see on the website it’s a scam I hope I’m going to get refund
Not even one star but minus 10000 stars this is a scam and untrusting website received something that it is not even a dress just really bad material and print at the place of embroidered one!! Hope that I will receive my refund but I Will never order again!
Im not sure what kind of company this is but I liked the dresses so i ordered some. What i received doesn't even come close to the dresses I ordered. I received peaces of fabric that are not only bad quality but also so obviously imprinted fake versions. Im pretty sure i got scammed
