They have great rates! I missed that I needed to have my eSim unlocked so I contacted support and they walked me through figuring it out and gave me a refund! I recommend contacting them through their website chat rather than email or phone number!

We have purchased several products from Yoho Mobile over the years, including in Asia, Europe, and the Americas. However, our recent experience hasn’t been positive. Two separate products we purchased in the last few months have performed poorly, frequently disconnecting from the mobile network or showing “no service”. We had to repeatedly start our devices to gain connection. Customer services responded quickly but ultimately didn’t solve the problem. To their credit, the company was quick to offer a full refund for our purchases.
Customer service solved my issue after I reached out to them. They should have indicated to change the APN to "globaldata" in the instructions but instead, their instructions mentioned that it would automatically set the APN but it didn't. Instructions are also outdated or incorrect on Android.

I bought south asia region and traveled in KL and on Bali, it was disconnecting all the time, working in small batches only. Support was responosive but unable to help. They did not return money. I have Samsung S23 Ultra and it works well with other esims.

The website isn't very fancy and you might be left believing it could even be a scam. But the prices are fantastic and the service quality (using WhatsApp) has been excellent. You might get a more slick experience with a more expensive option, so it depends what you're looking for. But overall, I would definitely recommend.
I got a YOHO mobile data eSIM for Japan. Once installed & while in Japan it took a bit longer for the eSIM to start operating but afterwards it worked great! At first I was unable to use hotspot but their fast & responsive support quickly helped me fix that. Will definitely use again next time.
