Hi C.S. Stone, We have looked you up on our system and we can't find you anywhere as a tenant. You haven't used our program to leave a useful review, this review is solely based on opinion. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us!

Hello Morgain, first let me start off by saying we do not have any real estate agents working for our program, you may have ran into a scam online pretending to be from our organization. If you could please give us the name of the agent you worked with, it would help a lot in finding out what's going on. We can say each review we have is read over and checked for accuracy by trust pilot.

We are very sorry to hear that Stephanie. We take matters like this very seriously. We have had an influx in applications and move-ins. I will be looking into this matter now and seeing where things went wrong. I can say we do not store tenant information once they have been approved or denied all personal files get deleted. As for your deposit, I would like to double check and see if you have a made a deposit to us, if so we have no problems issuing a full refund.
