As noted in our vouchers and on our website, Terminal B is currently under construction, which can sometimes cause delays at pickup. Vehicles are required to keep moving through the terminal area and drivers occasionally need to exit and re-enter before being able to meet passengers again. This can result in some customers being picked up earlier even if they arrived at a similar time. We are continuously working to improve coordination and reduce waiting times as much as possible. We appreciate your patience and are glad to hear that overall you had a good experience.
