I have been waiting for my package for weeks. It has been at the Omaha Distribution Center since 22 Aug 2026. I can not get an answer from, anyone as to why, in fact they have ignored me completely. This item is in memory of my son. Very poor services. Will never order from this company again. If you want me to change my review, get me my package.
I contacted the customer service and they were responsive and solved my issue the next day. This company provided the best assistance on my 1st purchase. I would definitely purchase again and be a repeat customer !
they were very helpful when I received my item it was too small and I could not read the engraving properly inside, so I emailed them and they are sending me a bigger ring it was all done so quickly they are great
Just ordered an item and nowhere on site did it show where it was coming from. Asper my billing recipe it china. I don’t have a problem with china but the products I’ve ordered from that country in the past has taken more then 2 months. If I knew I would not have ordered. Hope it comes in a reasonable timeframe.
I brought a memory bracelet for my niece a couple of years ago, when her Nanna passed away. She loves it and wears it every day. Recently, her Nonna passed, and she asked me to get her another one, which I was happy to do and have ordered. I just had a little trouble this time inserting the picture that she had sent me on FB. The photo I inserted last time was a .jpeg from my pics. When I realised that, I got her to email me a .jpeg pic, and then I could work it out. We are eagerly awaiting her parcel. Thank you - easy transaction - very pleased

Hi I received my package not impressed what I received for $85 Canadian a thin piece of wood which one of the balls on the right outside snowman was broken off which I had to reattach if one doesn’t completely read the item description you’re video is very disceiving you never once show it’s only maybe 1/8” thick you make it look like it’s a complete structure of a house not happy with this at all.
Found scent to be pleasant, but using 10 hours a day. Scent is used up quite fast and site shows low when is still 1/3 full
