I received my wig on Monday and I was more than impressed. The hair texture and the length its more than what I was expecting. Their services are very efficient and the lady I was talking to till I received my hair she really mastered the art of customer care .Thank you yes Wigs I dont regret giving you a 5 star review because your services are outstanding 👌
The wig was tangling straight out the pack. The company took longer than they state on the website to ship. I needed the wig by a certain date and noticed it hadn’t shipped so I reached out to cancel the order due to being shipped outside of the shipping time. They emailed me back told me they already shipped it and didn’t provide a tracking number until 2 days later. They shipped the wig AFTER I requested to cancel the order. And always beware of companies that don’t offer refunds especially on items so expensive
I started out liking and trusting YSwigs. however, the trust is gone now. I am scared to order from them again. My last experience yielded two wigs that were faulty in one way or another. The first one that I decided to keep sheds like crazy is a full lace wig that I paid a good amount of money for, so I expected better. The second wig, I sent back after letting them know that it was below my expectation, did not look like the pictures, was very thin on the top of the wig--almost see-through. It took them almost 17 days to refund me for the unit that I sent back to them after they received it. I paid over $53.00 to send the unit back to them, and they did not give me back what I paid for the wig--I was shorted close to $75 dollars in total! What another person said about influencers getting better products is true--I have yet to get a product from them that is exactly like the picture they show, that an influenecer boasted about, and that does not shed. It's a hame because I used to have a better opinion of them. I have ordered six wigs from them--no more. Their customer service is subpar as well. They took too long to respond to my emails. I'm not satisfied at all with how they resolved the issue. I returned their unit to them at extra cost to me, in the condition that they sent it to me, and they cheated me out of some of my refund. I do not know how they sleep at night treating their customers in this manner.
For one they sent me the wrong wig. Over charged me and when I complained they sold my information to someone on Facebook each and every day for 2 weeks the person try to get money out of my account thank God I had Wells Fargo who realized it was a scam don't ever get anything from people in China AliExpress Ys wigs UI wigs or any China company. They will cheat and deceive you.
I hate giving this company 1 star - Where do I start, OK a year ago I assumed I was purchasing their HD lace, kinky straight wig and because at the time I wasn't too wig savvy, Mia with Yswigs instead sent the medium brown lace. Recently, I reached out to Mia and she apologized and said to make up for her trying to cheat me she would offer me $80.00 off my next purchase. (Once a cheater always a cheater) Yet again this dime snatcher still played her trick game. Instead of sending me kinky straight she sent me yaki straight and the wig had these fine crimps all throughout the hair. Long story short only with the help of PayPal was I able to return this crappy wig. She claimed she would be paying for shipping it back but at the last minute she switched up. Whomever the owner of this company is they need to fire her. She is the worse in customer service and is out only to cheat which will eventually cause this raggedy company to fold. I despise this woman and lucky for her she is in China because her unethical behavior makes anyone reluctant to do business in China. I cannot wait til the day I no longer have to support wig companies in China for the exception of a few I know to be fair. Stay away from Yswigs, Ulwigs, and Chinalacewigs they send the youtubers better quality wigs only to reel us in and then we are stuck with their garbage.
I ordered the Undetectable Dream HD Lace Natural Wave Short Bob In 8 in With a pre made fake scalp. When it arrived I received the wrong wig with none of the upgrades. I got an extra curly wig no scalp cap, and it doesn’t stay in place the pins to hold it in place are horrible and the wig is very thin. I called and no one answered so I emailed and I received a message asking for photos which I gave and was just ignored. I had sent the email the next day November 16 and it is now November 28 and I have received no answer back. I’ve sent repeated emails with no answer back, this site is a scam. They do not send the correct products and ignore you when you try having them fix their mistakes.
This company is a SCAM! I bought a wig deal from them that was advertised on their website. When I got the hair I noticed that the hair was nothing like it was advertised (I ordered a blonde ombre wig). I immediately contacted their customer service via email where someone by the name Jack responded. He told me to send the hair which I did & even sent him a picture of the shipping label and told me when he receives the hair he will refund it to me. We are going on 2 and a half months and I still have not received a refund or any communication from Jack. When I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card they had the nerve to fight it back and say that I received the hair knowing damn well I no longer have the hair because I shipped it back and ACTUALLY SENT HIM A PICTURE OF THE THE SHIPPING LABEL.
This company is a scam and I already regret purchasing from here before even receiving my unit! I placed an order on July 2nd and I’m JUST now receiving my tracking number. Before this I contacted the website and the email that was attached to my confirmation email for my order. By doing this I was given two different tracking numbers from “Mia” and “Jack”, both were dummy tracking numbers for completely different shipments just so I could assume that the order was shipped and I wouldn’t ask for a refund. It wasn’t until TODAY that I finally received my tracking number and my order won’t come in until the 20th!!! If they’re lying already before I even receive my order then I’m already expecting this unit to be going straight to the trash. Oh and don’t bother asking for a refund because they will completely ignore it.
I have order a wig that doesn't fit and have asked to the supplier for a return. I have retuned the parcel few months ago and I am still awaiting for my refund. The supplier is not answering to my email or at least briefly withoyt giving me any explanation. I think that there is better company to spend your money on so please be careful because you will lose your money. I am really disappointed about this website I would even say that it is a scam.
There are better companies to purchase your units from. I hate buying something online and when I get it it’s not what I paid for! I paid $20 extra dollars for HD lace twice and when I received the units it was not HD lace! I paid for a curly 10 inch bob unit and what I received was a very loose wave unit! I tried to give this company a chance twice but I will never spend my money here ever again and I would never recommend them to anyone.
I received a 14# bob today, fast delivery, however, the cap is very cheaply made & il fitting. I usually wear a Med cap & this one has a really weird bunchy fit. They advertise this to be HD lace which it is most certainly NOT HD lace. The fabric sewn on the inside was already coming loose before I even put the wig on
