Lifetime Support !
I bought a Kindle Converter Lifetime for MAC several years ago. I recently upgraded to MacBook AIr M1. The Kindle app on MAC forced me to upgrade to the latest Kindle version, which the Kindle Converter does not support. So I thought I was out of luck but I contacted z3kit support anyway. They were able to offer a solution using Android emulation on my MAC. With a few email exchanges, we settled on a PC emulation on my MAC. Everything is working well again. The technical support was professional and specific. Considering the source of the problem was not from z3kit software, z3kit support went beyond their guarantee and their solution offers were more than generous.
