I can't access the Free Server Panel
Whenever I try to access the site and press the 'Start Free Now' button, it would just lead me to a 'Bad gateway' error. When will this be fixed?

Switched to Zenix after trying a few other hosts
Switched to Zenix after trying a few other hosts and the difference in support quality is immediately noticeable. Every question I had before purchasing was answered quickly and thoroughly by a real person on Discord — no bots, no ticket queues, just fast and helpful responses. The server setup was instant, the panel is clean and easy to use, and the performance has been solid. Because they're still growing, the support feels personal — you're not just another ticket number. Regplayz in particular went out of his way to help me through the whole onboarding process, and it's clear the owner genuinely gets involved with customers rather than just leaving it all to staff. Hoping that as Zenix grows and attracts more customers, that personal touch never goes away — it's honestly what sets them apart from every other host out there. Highly recommend if you want reliable hosting with a team that actually cares.

Best server host ever?!
I have experienced many hosting and this is the best one. they offer paid and free servers with paid servers being very reliable (used for up to a year straight without any issues). pricing wise, their offers are too good to be true that I don't know if they're still profiting but it seems like they are sustaining very well. for their free services, I've a few friends who used it and all their feedback is positive, it's not anything special but they offer 24/7 uptime and a user friendly coin system to upgrade your server. it's the best out there if you have no money at all but could get annoying as you will need to renew it once it a while so I strongly recommend just buying the cheapest server if you can afford it. as for their customer service, they have a small team but is always responding to every request. other than that, the owner - escher - is very friendly.

I have noticed that the owner and support team are not responsive to messages. It often takes a long time to receive a reply, and sometimes there is no response at all. Because of this, I do not feel confident partnering with this company. Good communication is very important in business. With this kind of attitude, I worry that the company may not succeed in the long term.

If this is regarding free hosting, when making reviews please keep in mind our team has to sift through over 30 tickets created per day usually with little to no context. Thanks, escher. EDIT: Upon a follow-up, i must say, its pretty prejudiced to leave a poor rating just because a small company wouldnt give you free stuff for a "partnership".

It's so good! The co owner helped me personally ( I think) with my problems and not all server hosters do that, and as a free server hoster, the performance is really great! Five bars average, plugin support. Would really switch from Aternos.

The experience with this has been amazing. The owner has helped us and their staff is amazing. Not to even mention the quality of the server. It has helped us run our Minecraft server. As someone who has worked on many many Minecraft servers this one has been best by far.
