BEWARE: Do not order from them thinking you’re getting something from On Cloud. Shoes are coming from China, which means they are probably fake. I ordered mine back in the middle of Jan and it’s Feb. 16 and still no shoes! Tracking is still saying in transit. Had I known this was coming from China , I’d never had ordered them. So basically I’m paying On Clloud prices for some knock off product that I may or may not get !
Legit took over a month for my shoes to even come! Wrote them that I wanted to return as it took so long to get them I had to go another route! Completely have given me the run around!! Its taken me almost 2 weeks to try and return these shoes! Spent over $170 and go to wait over a month plus get a complete run around about return is defiantly NOT okay!!

I recently discovered this brand and love them. I have bought 2 pairs of shorts and 2 sports bras which all come in a super soft, comfortable fabric and I love that the shorts are stretchy without becoming transparent. The customer service is also great- very fast replies and speedy delivery.
