About every year I make a dumb purchase, the cat/mouse knocker was my mistake for this year. As stated in another review, it looks nothing like the picture, but something like your first grader might do in their art class. It is poor quality pottery-type cast. I am going to hang it on my wall for awhile to remind me to read the reviews and trust no one.
I purchased a "bronze" cat and mouse door knocker a month ago. When it arrived, the product was not fit for purpose, both parts did not fit together, the item looked nothing like the picture online, and not only was the product made in cast bronze, but not even metal! The product has been poorly made. I have attempted to contact Ztlogo but have had no response.
I initially placed my order in February, 2014. After waiting several months, I am told that my items were delivered. If they were delivered, it was not to me. When I asked who signed for them, I was asked for my credit card for 2 dollars to another company named Ask Why. I didn't want to give out my credit card, so I have now given up. I would not recommend any online shopping through this company.
Hassle-free Returns and Refunds: I recently had to return an item I purchased from this independent store, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. They have a hassle-free returns policy, and their customer support was prompt and helpful throughout. I received a refund promptly, without any complications. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable, and it has earned my trust as a reliable shopping destination.
Unique Selection and Variety: This independent online store stands out for its unique selection of products. They offer a wide range of items that you won't find elsewhere, making it a treasure trove for those seeking something different. Whether it's fashion, home decor, or gadgets, they have a diverse collection that caters to various tastes. I love exploring their website and discovering hidden gems.
Excellent Customer Service and fast Shipping: I recently purchased a product from this independent online store, and I was thoroughly impressed with their customer service. They promptly answered all my queries and provided helpful recommendations. Moreover, my order arrived earlier than expected, packaged securely and in perfect condition. I highly recommend this store for their exceptional service and efficient shipping.
The shopping experience was a dream. But things started to get a little murky once a tracking number was given. I reached out to support a few times, and received an email saying the package had shipped. 10 days later, I receive a text from “ usps” stating my package was delivers to the warehouse but can’t be delivered unless I provide my mailing address ( already provided during checkout) , and the legal name as it appears on my credit card, plus credit card information. USPS has no record of a package with the tracking number I was given. Either this company is a fake, or they don’t bother vetting their sellers for fraud . I don’t recommend ordering from them. I’ll update review if I hear back for support and recieved the item I ordered or a full refund. LIKELY SCAM
I ordered the Deluxe Book of Charms and Spells back on July 31st. Aside from it taking longer than 10-15 business days, I am disappointed to say I received the wrong item. I sent a lengthy email to explain the situation, and included images of what I was supposed to receive and what I actually received. The book was not a hard back, the pages are a dark, thick material. Hard to read and the drawings are hard to see. The cover, as it is not a hard back, it is not made of leather. Just a foam-like texture. As a result, the cover did not adhere properly to the pages of the book, and the cover is peeling off. This is how the item was received. I sent my email asking on how to fix this and was never responded to. It has been a week and I still haven't heard anything back. I'm sad to say, I do believe this site to be a scam. Do not waste your money.
I had a great experience shopping on this website. The layout was user-friendly and the search function made it easy to find what I was looking for. The checkout process was simple and quick.
