Good value for money but with long shipment and poor support
I have used TomTop many times and can recommend it. It is easy to use on both web and app. The products are as described. I haven't had to complain about any product and ask for their money back guaranty. I am a little unsure on how they will perform there. Likes: * Products are as expected * "Flash sales" and other discounts * I really like the fact that some items are shipped locally from Europe. Don't like: * The shipment can be very long * You don't know who you are buying from. Is it TomTop or a supplier and who answers a question or complain? * Questions regarding a specific product cannot be asked from the products page.
