Terrible disreputable company
Had a problem with an electrical test item which I bought from Banggood. I contacted them and opened a return/repair ticket. They asked for a video to show the fault, which I supplied them. They replied on 16 July 2026 "Sorry for the inconvenience. We will reply to you immediately after receiving the supplier's reply." I then replied to them on 16 July 2026 that I was happy to wait. 23 July 2026 they closed the ticket with the response "Did not respond to the ticket for over 7 days." They either can't count or they are liars, I suspect it ie the latter because my response of 16 July 2026 is logged on their own website. So if you buy from them do not expect to get any help if something goes wrong. With regard to Banggood reply; If you really want to help then get it sorted out instead of leaving canned replies that nobody really believes. Here is the return/repair number so that you can check the facts 20260708191502000235. I have also now opened a 2nd return/repair ticket 20260727064234000293 and looking at the replies from your help centre it looks like they are starting to mess me around again, so look forward to a 2nd Trustpilot review coming soon along with a Youtube video warning people of the dangers and terrible service they can expect to get from Banggood.
