Shameful!!
I bought twice and none of them received my purchase. The first time I bought some bed linen for my kids and after 10 days I received an email saying that they were out of stock. The sheets still appear as available to this day! Now recently I have bought a baby bed as a present for a friend and after more than 1 month and several calls complaining I still haven't received anything, and what is worse, I tried to cancel my order today and they told me that I should wait 10 days for someone to call me and process my cancellation request!! This is a joke.. Needless to say I will never ever buy in La Redoute.
