Rubbish customer serveice
I recently bought a GPU from Zotac, registered it with them but a short while later I found the graphics card unsuitable so returned it. I emailed Zotac about the matter and apart from an automated acknowledgement I have heard nothing more. As I put customer service high on my list when purchasing this poor service will mean I will not be purchasing anything branded zotac again. I will stick with Evga or Gigabyte whose customer service is second to none.
